A flexible antenna of compact size with a dual band elliptical-shape implantable is designed for biomedical purposes. The suggested has an elliptical shape to be more comfortable being implanted in human tissue. printed on RO3010 substrate 2 mm as thickness and 10.2 dielectric constant. It consists active planar C-shaped element parasitic inverted element. proposed major axis radius 12 minor 8 mm. operates bands: Industrial Scientific Medical (ISM) [2.4 GHz–3.5 GHz] Implant Communications Service (MICS) [394 MHz–407.61 MHz]. short-circuited pin used minimize the antenna’s overall further reduction capacitive load between radiator ground plane. For biocompatibility, thin-thickness layer Alumina superstrate. tested multi-layer tissue model Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) value computed. was fabricated, reflection coefficient measured compared simulated results.
